And with one bound we are free - of that horribly cumbersome online version of the previous, 2nd edition of this massive reference book. This month its publishers Oxford University Press have kindly allowed us to publish the world’s only online version of the brand new 3rd edition, to which Julia Harding MW and I devoted the best(?) part of two years apiece. As promised, there are lots of improvements to how it’s presented.
